Sign the Petition to Save the Lebanon (Hunterdon County) Workers Compensation Court!

There is a attempt by the NJ State Treasurer’s Office to close one of New Jersey’s Workers’ Compensation Courts. Please click onto the link to read why this will be detrimental to injured workers in New Jersey and to sign the Petition. The organization opposing the closure is the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health (COSH). COSH is a non-profit organization of Petitioners’ Attorneys, Doctors and Unions working together to protect the rights of injured workers in Workers’ Compensation Courts throughout New Jersey.

It has been proposed to close the Lebanon Worker’s Compensation Court, located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

The closure of the Workers’ Compensation Court in Lebanon will result in there being no Workers’ Compensation Court serving the Counties of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren.

The closure of the Lebanon Court will directly affect injured workers residing in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties who will now be required to travel sixty (60) to ninety (90) minutes each way just to get to a Workers’ Compensation Court.
