NJFOP urges NJ Senators to vote NO on residential requirement legislation

NJFOP President Bob Fox continues to push back hard on legislation that would permit municipal, county, and regional police and fire forces to establish five-year residency requirements. NJFOP maintains, among other things, that the decision for every resident of this country as to where they wish to live should be a personal decision and should not be mandated by government. Attached is the letter President Fox sent to NJ State Senators last week.
