It is with great sadness the Fraternal Order of Police – New Jersey State Lodge announces the passing of Inspector Robert Noble of the New Jersey Transit Police Department and the NJ Transit Superior Officers Association – Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 37. Inspector Noble served the New Jersey Transit Police Department with dedication and distinction since 1995. The FOP offers our deepest condolences to his wife, children, and family, both blood and blue.
