Appellate Division upholds Daniel’s Law protections for Law Enforcement!

Trenton, NJ – The Fraternal Order of Police-New Jersey State Lodge, representing over 14,000 law enforcement officers throughout all facets of law enforcement in the state of New Jersey, is pleased to announce the appellate decision upholding the Daniel’s Law1 protections for our members. The Appellate Division, in Kratovil v. City of New Brunswick Docket # A0216-23, rightfully sided with the rights and protections encapsulated in the law which protect and prohibit the disclosure of the home addresses of law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and judges.

The FOP is proud to stand with our partners in law enforcement in fighting to uphold these rights and protections!

We are FOP Strong!
