NJFOP President Bob Fox continues to push back hard on legislation that would permit municipal, county, and regional police and fire forces to establish five-year residency requirements. NJFOP maintains, among other things, that the decision for every resident of this country as to where they wish to live should be a personal decision and should not be mandated by government.
