    It is with the deepest regrets and sympathy that I report the loss of a New Jersey State Trooper Anthony Raspa. Raspa, 24, was on patrol with Trooper Gene Hong, 29, on Interstate 195 near mile marker 9 when their car hit a deer at about 12:48 a.m. Saturday. This hero was taken from us in a car accident with a deer on Rt 195 in Freehold. The Trooper Hong in the car survived and was released from the hospital.…
